Leap year problem

Hi all,

I have made an application in VS. Part of the calculation need to calculate the number of days between two dates. BUT if the two dates span the 29 February (leap year) i need the number of dates to be -1. If it doesnt then the number of days between the dates are to be normal.

Textbox1 = Start Date
Textbox2 = End Date
Textbox3 = number of days


can anyone help with this?
