VS 2008 Checking if Unsaved changes have been made

I need to be able to check if changes have been made, and if none, then don't save.
On the form, there are multiple Fields that get written to a Database, then off of the database data, a print form is made. I would like to be able to run a change checker on the save routine, and if there are no changes made since last save, then it wont run the save routine. Ex: make a few changes, hit save, ok dialog box pops up, hit exit, dont want to run save so no box pop up.
There are 3 buttons on the form, and all 3 of them run the save routine.
1: print
2: save
3: exit
