I'm Trying To make a simple Application Qs& A or Troubleshoot Application
Eg,
I have dropdown manue If I Choose one of the options after I Choose a question Shown on my form

Under the question Two buttons or Two Radiobutton become visible with yes or No

If I click yes a An answer or Solution found

eXample

I Need you guys to help Me out & set me on the wright track
