Copying Picturebox to another form with everything intact??

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here... I have two forms in my project. One has only a PictureBox (frmMain) and the other (frmDataCell) has a PictureBox with Labels overlaying it.

I am needing to copy the Picture from frmDataCell to frmMain (at runtime) and keep the PictureBox intact, that's including the labels overlaying it.

The result shows the picture on frmDataCell, but doesn't show any of the labels on top of it. How can I get the labels to show as well?

I'm attempting to copy it using the StretchBlt method. Any help please? Completely stuck on this. And yes, all PictureBoxes are set to AutoRedraw = True.
