VS 2010 [RESOLVED] Loading the System Info form

In the about screen for VS2012 (and many other applications) I see that there is a "System Info" button. When this is pressed, the information related to the OS is displayed.

Is this a custom form made my Microsoft, or a tool that comes with the OS and can be run from an executable file? If it is an executable file, what is the file location to run this? If it is not, is there an easy way to display the system information, or if I would like this feature to my about box, do I have to write my own code?
