Trouble in run project - tesseract-ocr (Beginner)

Hello,

I'm programmer C#,VB.NET and using Google OCR library v2 use it in my project by download DLL from https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/ then add it to project reference easy.

I would now use new version V3 i tried to find DLL to new version like old one but can't find just can download example project to VS C++ i downloaded this example from below link but can't run it and always when try open any file from solution give me error "Could find a part of path"

Sorry I'm not familiar with C so please any one test it and let me know if this project working or not and if i can get on DLL file after compile this project.
