VS 2012 Creating A VPN Client

Hi guys,

I am wanting to create a program that can setup a VPN connection. I am hoping to do this in VB.Net.
Windows has a pretty easy way of setting up a VPN connection manually so I was hoping there would be a programmatic way of doing this?
If anyone can give me some code or a link to a tutorial, that would be great!
