//build Ad locks the site

I just began noticing an ad from Microsoft .. contains //build keyword.

The entire site is locked out.
That is, everything below the "blue" header never appears.

Thus, when first entering the site, one would expect to see a
listing of the Forums. This does not happen.

I had to try 5 times to get here. I lucked out in that the Android
ad happened to be the current one.

This is a pretty bad situation.
