So 6 months ago me and my brother were discussing challenges, and my brother came up with the idea that I should eat only oatmeal for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a year. And so I have done for 6 months, and I intend to do for the next 6 months too. also I've made sure to eat vegetables, fruits and fish at least once a week (which were my terms of the challenge). And as for the exercise I bicycle to school every day which is 5 km (10 km round-trip obviously) and my habits from when I was a swimmer.. every morning when I wake up and evening before I go to bed, 50 push ups and 100 sit ups. (I used to run 10 km too but I can't do that anymore because of asthma)
