Importing Contact in Pop A/c of Outlook

Hi Friends,can anyone tell me ? . how show i import the contact form exchange server A/c ? .because when i click on Exchange server A/C . click on address Book . shows stored name from disk .but when i choose pop server A/c. and then Click on Address Book .no any names shows . let me know please .How should i import the Contact from the Pop Server A/c . let me know please .any help would be highly appreciated .
