[VB10] VBForums Reputations Saver - and the Ugly

This is nothing like the original VBForums Reputations Saver by Pradeep1210, The code isn't pretty, you VB.Net gurus should have a good laugh! Tho I hope someone finds it useful. :p

Tested on Win7/IE9.
