VS 2008 Help Listbox Load Item And Auto Check If Item is Contain

Good Day Guys..........
I' am using vb.net
Please help me about my problem loading item on listbox from notepad. my notepad have a text sample
NotePad:
EE0-ITEM1
EE0-ITEM2
ITEM3
EE0-ITEM4
ITEM5

My problem is how to detect if the item is not contain EE0, and if the text are not contain EE0 it will automatically add EE0 from the item
and load on the listbox.

Please help me guys thanks and advance more power...
