I am in need of a simple email notifier program. Its needs to:

Check a pop3 account (1)
Play a sound on new email
Open a pop up message that stays open till clicked
Minimize to tray,
Thats it! There are plenty of these out there but they are either full clients or dont do one of these 4 simple things.
That being said, I have the source code on one that is close in VB but I have no idea how to edit compile. Any help would be appreciated :)
