editing csv

hey! I have a .csv file (readable in excel), that contains amazon camera products I scraped.

column 1 is product name ie. "Canon 6409u Digital Camera"

column 2 is product description ie."Product #809BNUIQ: A 12 megapixel camera with stunning HD visuals....."

The list is BIG!

How can I delete every "Product #XXXXXXXX:" that's in front of the description?
