Checkbox Ghosted Until Radio Button is Checked

Can anyone show me an example of the following code:

I have some radio buttons for a group of items and some checkboxes for features. The checkboxes will be ghosted out until one of the radio buttons gets checked. Depending on which radio button gets selected, certain checkboxes will become unghosted and available for checking.
