Form export to clipboard

I have a form created in word 2007 it contains drop down boxes and text boxes within a couple of paragraphs of text that a user enters the data for the drop down boxes and text boxes only

I would like to know how to create a command button that is activated once the form is completed takes the cocompleted data from the form copies it all to the clipboard resets the form to default settings relocks the form once the data is copied then after 30 seconds pastes the data into another application after the user receives a message advising where they need to place the cursor to allow the data to copy into the area where the cursor is
