Update my SLN file?

Hi,

I'm new at VS12 and need some help.

The install program I need to use - uses the SLN file.

I need to update the SLN file so I can use the updated code in my installer.

I see my SLN file but it's dated three weeks ago.


How can I update the exisiting SLN file with my newly updated project code?
