am in uk and i have dynamic ip address , everytime i disconnect and then reconnect manually it gets assigned by new ip address my internet is not static.
the issue am facing is with winsock file tranfer tool or winsock chat is, people out there can get connect to me by entering my ip address in there tool but when i try and connect to there pc it dont connect i wonder why ? is it my dynamic ip causing it please tell me thanks.
let me be clear again
1 :if i be the host then users are able to connect to me by entering my ip.
2: if my friends become host and i try and connect to his pc by entering his ip , it dont connect:(
