Searching Note Pad Document, And returning Data?

The two pictures i have attached show what my entry search, and entry form should look like. Essesntially, i want to be able to search through a notepad document, and return the students that match the fields entered. The two problems i am having, is...
1. Searching the notepad document
2. Returning those details (For those students who match the criteria.) And as such having a multiline system to return this.

For each student the following details are available.
Student ID - ie; 1001
Name
Surname
Year Group
Tutor Group
Class

Help me PLEASE! :)
