set filter on an excel workbook & get result count on different sheet programatically

Hi All,

I have an excel workbook which contains a worksheet with 60 columns & 500 Rows . I want to filter some columns and generate filtered result count in the Sheet2 on that specific condition. I will have around four different set of filter condition.
Can anyone please help if I can automate this using Vb.net or VB .
