I have some experience with VB 6 and prior.
I need to use visual studio (08, 10, or 12) to connect to an odbc data source and read and display records in the simplest way possible.
I will want to add some selection criteria at some point, but for now I would be happy with just reading the records 1 after another.
To stress...I need a 'simple' method. Would like to use VB for Windows Forms via the visual studio as mentioned above.
Just a form and a command button, with some simple code in it for connecting to the odbc source, and then reading the records from table X.
