Set goals. Write them down. Every day.

Set goals. Write them down. If you don't have your goals written down, why not? If you haven't set goals at all, why haven't you?

Re-write your goals, if possible, once every day. If that's too much to handle, re-write your goals at least once every week. Yes, I am talking about re-writing the same sentence over and over again. There's psychological value in that.
