VS 2010 Custom File Previewer for Windows Explorer

I've seen Preview Handler code for C++ and C# on the net, but has anyone found an example of a custom preview handler written in VB.NET? It looks quite complicated, and I don't understand C well enough to make sense of it.

I'd like to add a custom preview handler but I want to do it in VB if that's possible.
